In 2010, we provided a strategic communications plan to OliverMcMillan for the introduction of a cutting-edge, mixed use and transit-oriented urban development project. Our team has worked on numerous public-private partnerships including the Padres Ballpark, the San Diego Port Authority’s Embarcadero Master Plan, and the San Diego International Airport’s Master Plan. Working with private developers like Brezzi Ranch, Catellus Urban Development, Starwood properties, we have helped to build community support and establish a strong brand image for potential projects.
